Laura began rolling her face on an Atari keyboard around the age of seven. By age fourteen, she began commando command-lining around the internet of 1994, providing end user support to Earthlink Network by 1999, and participating in the creation of software in her mid-twenties. Currently, a Sr. Product Manager at Rosetta Stone®, as well a freelance Sound Designer, she is fascinated with the intersection of technology and experience.
She is a futurist with a passion for creating the best outcomes for people. Looking out on the world of emerging technologies like VR and machine learning, she enjoys seeing the impact that humans have when they put their intention and attention towards something. She believes firmly in Sarah Connor’s words “…there is no fate but the one we make for ourselves,” and strives for her contributions in the field to make this evolutionary time in human history the inflection point for a better life for us all.
